Refunds
We do not offer refunds for completed services or work that has already been delivered. Before initiating any project, we provide clear project scopes, timelines, and deliverables to ensure transparency.
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as:

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to hypeoutcomeresults@gmail.com. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations
Clients may request to cancel services before work begins. Any prepaid fees for work not yet started may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on project status and prior agreements.
